May was an excellent month for Bluewater Logistics, we saw a 73% increase in delivery revenue vs the previous month. With this, we were able to expand the management team further to support the new business.
We have made the following changes:
Steve Hastingson has stepped back in as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Craig Fulton has officially joined the Board of Directors.
Phillip Brooks has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Tom Redwick has rejoined the business as Chief Administrative Officer.
Michael Perry has rejoined the business as Fleet Manager.
Rami Harari has rejoined the business as General Manager.
Edward Trinity has been promoted to Assistant Manager.
Tianah Forest has been promoted to Head Supervisor.
As part of my job as Chief Financial Officer for the Bluewater Group, I have invested in a full accounts department for Bluewater Logistics, including separate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams. This allows us to strengthen our relationship with both customers & suppliers, ensuring timely payments to shareholders, suppliers and any other purchases. It also allows us to better chase debts, overdue accounts, and chase missing payments from customers and other clients.
As part of this change, we've re-worked our management authority levels, giving our management more flexibility when it comes to payments, thus more control to our management teams to "manage" the business.
Throughout June we will continue to analyse payment & sales data to better understand how we can improve the department and manage the accounts teams efficiently.
We're also currently working on a new website for Bluewater Logistics, with a new recruitment listing section to aid our Talent Department.
